When you make reservations in Cabo. Driver asked me if this was me and I, of course, said no. But then he said, “you’re not Kingwood Joumant?” Well, when you say it that way, sure.

A super cool early birthday present from my dad and Georgeanne. A quick set up hammock I can hook up almost anywhere.

Despite the beautiful day, everyone was happy to be inside together for the first time in over a year. And I got to hug my dad.

A three hour drive to a little slice of heaven..

Closer to pulling the trigger on this small piece of land to build a small cabin.

Being heavy in tech stocks was not where you wanted to be in March. The DOW was up 6% in March, but again I lost nearly 5%. Thankfully, Crypto was kind and more than made up for the losses. Year to date: +63.91%

#54: Paint the exterior of the house

We were quoted $10,500 to paint the house, so we did it ourselves over a few weekends for $1400.

Hemingway logged his first pool day of the year. Plus #52 (Paint the exterior of the house) is done in the back.

Feeling a side effect or two.

#17: Achieve 20% yearly gain in day trading accounts. The Dow was up around 2.5% in February, but I managed to lose 1.68%. Thankfully, my crypto trades saved the month.

Context: started with .17 on Jan 1st. No plans to buy more, but that could change. Going to trade my way to a full BTC. Currently up to .27 of a bitcoin.

#17: Maintain a 20% gain in my day-trading accounts.

Dow was down 2% in January, but GME helped me book a gain of 19.55% for the month. Trading more, writing less. Not happy with that. Going to to try to reverse that trend.

California arbitrarily opened up outdoor dining, so we took advantage with some Korean BBQ. This lead to the kids sleeping over and eggs Benedict.

They still wanted to go outside despite it being a balmy 59 degrees.
