Broke out some of the toro to make spicy tuna on crispy rice and toro hand rolls. Have to say it was awesome.

First Poke Recipe
2 large sashimi grade Ahi tuna steaks about 1 1/2 pounds
1 shallot sliced
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 small Persian cucumber
1 avocado cubed
1 and 1/2 cup of steamed white rice
1. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce and ginger into bowl.
2. Cut tuna in small 1/2″ cubes and add to bowl with green onions and sliced shallots.
3. lightly toss
4. Serve Poke on a bed of warm white rice
4. Add cucumber, avocado and sesame seeds to top
