UCR traveled down South to play San Diego State, but we were able to catch the game online.

A very solid show.

Red Snapper to make my daughter jealous

Despite the size difference, UCR dominated most of the game for a 4-2 win to go 2-0 for the season.

Brittany loves police procedural shows, so we spent the little time we had with her at the CSI Experience in Vegas solving a crime. This was the best thing to come out if it. They told me to act serious. I could not.

We finally dined at Vegas’s only three Michelin star restaurant, Joel Robouchon. It did not disappoint.

Grandpa made the trip to Vegas to watch Brittany’s first game of the season. Brit played 40 minutes and helped set up the first goal in the 3-0 win.

This is the final schedule for Brit’s season that begins this Friday in Vegas of all places. After losing by a goal in penalty kicks in the finals of the Big West Tournament last year, the Highlanders were once again picked for last place. Brittany intends to play a bigger role this season and she loves to be the underdog.

#90 Eat at Bestia.
The hard to get reservation was worth the wait. If Vegas had odds on me being over or under 180lbs by Halloween, I’d bet the over.

Only two Illinois based Portillo’s hot dog joints are in California, but Riverside is home to one of them. Brit had an Italian Beef and a bowl of chili before returning to her second practice of the day in triple digit heat.

#14: Annual Fashion Show. We chose to have it at the Atlanta Apparel Show this year. We’ll try to be more creative next year.

The elusive Sonia. I begged her to walk the runway so we could get some pictures for social media. This is all she gave me before disappearing into the back.

#100 in Progress: Find a regular barber.
Not sure if I’d go back. I just can’t find the experience I’m looking for. I’m starting to think there’s an opportunity to fill a niche.

At least we can choose the office when working on a Sunday.

#57 in Progress: See 10 Movies in the Theater.
I don’t think it is the American classic it is being hailed as by most critics, but Boyhood was a good movie despite lacking a plot.

It’s 100 degrees and our warehouse doesn’t have air conditioning. We officially own a sweatshop.
