Learned how to make one of my favorite cocktails. This one was imagined by Julian Cox at Rivera Restaurant.  How could you not like a drink with a beef jerky garnish?

P.S. wish Butler would have pulled it out.

INGREDIENTS:
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce agave nectar
½ ounce ginger syrup
1 teaspoon chipotle puree
1 strip red bell pepper
4 lime wedges
2 ounces tequila or mezcal
1 small piece beef jerky
